How long will it take for my products to arrive?

Shipping typically takes anywhere between  5-7 business days. If you haven't received your order within this timeframe, please reach out to us via email. Please note that holiday periods may cause delays in shipping times.

Do you ship outside of the US?

At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.

What happens if my shipment gets lost or stolen ? 

If your shipment is missing or lost, there is limited recourse once it has left our facility. Love Of Beauty Esthetics by Ana cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing items. For assistance, please contact the shipping carrier.

ALL services and products are final sale. 

Product returns are not accepted for the following:

• Allergic Reaction

• Open/Unused products 

All items are checked prior to shipping. If you believe that your item was damaged in transit please contact loveofbeautyesthetics@gmail.com within 48 hours, including a picture of the damage.
